Nadchodzi właśnie czas na tworzenie w mrocznych nastrojach czemu świetnie służy kolekcja Alchemy of Art - Halloween Palette Papier z pięknymi tłami, portretami i dodatkami. W ofercie Alchemy pojawiły się też świetne farby, zarówno w matowym jak i metalicznym wykończeniu które również użyłam w tym projekcie do stworzenia efektu rdzy i patyny. Ramka, która ma przypominać nagrobkowe fotografie. W ramkach umieściłam portrety z tkaninowych dodatków a także zastosowałam folię z nadrukiem pajęczyn, która daje wrażenie popękanej szybki. Tył pracy ozdobiłam szablonem a reliefy podkreślałam metaliczną farbą w kolorze miedzi.

It’s that time of year again for creating in a dark, moody style – and the Alchemy of Art – Halloween Palette collection is perfect for this, with its beautiful backgrounds, portraits and embellishments. Alchemy have also brought out some brilliant paints, in both matt and metallic finishes, which I’ve used in this project to create a rust and patina effect. The frame is designed to resemble a gravestone photograph. Inside the frames, I’ve placed portraits made from fabric embellishments, and I’ve also used a spider’s web-printed film, which gives the impression of cracked glass. I decorated the back of the piece with a stencil and highlighted the raised areas with copper-coloured metallic paint.
