Hello, everyone!
Our minds are rarely empty spaces. Most often, they resemble a construction site where extreme emotions constantly clash: raw logic, memories, sudden impulses, and dreams. In creating this project, I wanted to build a structure that would bring order to this inner chaos. I wanted to create a tangible architecture of my own thoughts.
The backdrop for this entire story is the outlines of industrial cranes and technical blueprints. These are the foundations—our daily responsibilities, logical patterns, and the scaffolding of life that keeps us in check. However, the real magic happens where this austerity cracks. That’s when intuition takes the lead, represented in the painting by a deep, baroque texture in shades of navy blue.
The female figure is the embodiment of mindfulness. She stands on the edge of these two worlds—logic and emotion—and simply observes. The proud crane and the free-flying butterflies, in turn, are thoughts that have managed to break free from the confines of daily planning. To give this architecture its final form, I used matte Forest Green and Burnt Sienna paints, which fused the raw concrete of the city with the wildness of nature.
This project proved to me that art can be the best architect. From individual, seemingly mismatched fragments of paper and textured paste, it can build a refuge for a weary mind.
Witajcie Kochani!
Postać kobiety to uosobienie uważności.
Acrylic Matte.
